Such great advice! Easy to follow and implement into our daily lives. I must go and get some quinoa so I can make the quiche! I'm planning on making your meatball dish tonight, it's becoming a family favourite :)

Lauren's recipes are easy to follow and yum. I have a friend who made the creamy chicken one and each time has had complements. She has even rearranged her pantry the way lauren has suggested and loving it. Thanks Lauren for sharing your knowledge in an easy and practical way.
