Hi Lauren, great job on your Ted talk! As a current participant of toast masters, your stage presence and confidence was inspiring, not to mention quick witted and humorous. I too feel like success at work = failing myself and my workout goals.

Best of luck in New Zealand and thanks for being a great instructor!

Thanks so much Adam for taking the time to watch it! Yes its tough when you feel that work success and your own wellbeing are at odds with each other. I firmly believe that the latter underpins the former from happening. When you're more energized, healthy and well, you can then thrive and perform at your peak. I wish you all the best for the future. Take care, Lauren

I just watched your TEDxOneonta talk. It was great, inspiring, lively and I learned some new things. I'm on the computer a lot and try to move frequently but still it's not as frequent as it could be so thank you for inspiring me to fit in 1 - 4 minutes many times through the day....and do exercise in the kitchen while I toast bread or heat up food in the microwave instead of looking at my phone which I tend to do.... My family lived in NZ for a year and loved it. Where is home for you now? Again, many thanks, Maggie

Thanks so much Maggie! We just moved back to Palmerston North, NZ (my hometown.) I'm so glad the concept has inspired you. Thank you for being part of this movement and helping to spread the positive ripple!!! Much love, Lauren
