Lauren's Natural Museli

- 750g of Wholegrain rolled oats
- 750g of Quick rolled oats
- 500g Bran Sticks
- 1 cup LSA (ground Linseed, Sunflower & Almonds)
- 1/2 cup White or Black Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1 cup of dessicated coconut (optional)
- 1 cup of dried fruit such as sultanas, apricots or diced dates (optional)
This simple quick & easy recipe is so filling & good for you, it has lots of wholegrains & healthy fats which give you tons of long lasting energy to curb cravings & fibre to keep you functioning well.
In a large bowl or plastic container combine together all the ingredients and Voila!
It is that easy!
Store in an air tight container.
Scoop out 1/2 cup Lauren's muesli
TIP - I recommend keeping the half cup measure in the container as a reminder
Add 1/2 cup milk, 2 Tbsp of natural yoghurt & 3 Tbsp of frozen blueberries or other fresh fruit.
To make it extra special, add a little cinnamon or vanilla essence to taste.
