Invented by my husband, this has become a family favourite in our house, especially when there's nothing out defrosted and you want a quick yummy tea!!! (That's a great balanced healthy meal too!)  

This meal freezes and re-heats well also, so it's a great meal to double batch cook and set aside for the following week.
