Snack on exercise

Have an active attitude to life and get your heart rate up several times a day.  

Look for opportunities to move your body.  Walk or bike whenever possible. Take mini energise breaks during the day for some 'deskercise'.  Play active games with your kids - you will all be laughing and they will love you for it!

Every little bit really does all add up and make a difference!
