My Crash Course in Diabetes

At 29 weeks pregnant I found out that I have gestational diabetes. 

After the initial shock I realised this was a great opportunity to pass on everything I have learnt.  

So here I am sharing it with you in the hope that it might help you and your friends and family understand more about gestational diabetes.
