Unexpected Lessons Learnt at Running 101

You may already know that I am doing Sport Manawatu's running course at present. It has been fantastic to be part of a team of ladies all working towards a common goal; to complete the August Half Marathon (preferably in good spirits!) and for some in a good time as well!

While out on a training run last week along the gorgeous bridal track I was reflecting on all that I am learning as part of the programme. Here are just a few things.
